I am unable to upload a file...
You can upload files with size upto 50 MB. If you want to upload a larger file, you can zip up the file and see if the size comes down below 50 MB. Sometimes an upload will fail due to a timeout on the server, therefore you will need to have a connection with a good upload speed.
